DateMyAge Terms of Service

These terms form the agreement between you and DateMyAge. Read them before creating an account, because using the companion chat means you accept every clause below.

1. Acceptance

By opening an account or using any part of DateMyAge you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

2. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher. Accounts belonging to minors are removed immediately.

3. What DateMyAge provides

DateMyAge offers entertainment companion chats with fictional characters. Companions are not real people and no statement they make is advice or fact.

4. Not professional advice

Nothing said in a chat is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Always consult a qualified professional for real-world decisions.

5. Emergencies

DateMyAge is not a crisis service. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency number or a recognised support line immediately.

6. Account registration

You must supply accurate details and keep them up to date. One person may not run multiple accounts to bypass limits or restrictions.

7. Account security

You are responsible for your password and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access.

8. Personal use only

Your DateMyAge account is for personal, non-commercial use. Sharing, reselling or transferring access is not permitted.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use DateMyAge for anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory or intended to harm another person.

10. Prohibited content

Content involving minors, non-consensual acts, trafficking, extreme violence or illegal goods is strictly forbidden and reported where the law requires it.

11. No impersonation

Do not create or direct a companion to impersonate a real, identifiable individual without that person's explicit permission.

12. Technical restrictions

Scraping, reverse engineering, automated access, load testing and attempts to bypass rate limits or security controls are not allowed.

13. Service availability

We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee it. Maintenance, updates and third-party outages may interrupt DateMyAge without notice.

14. Changes to features

Features, companions, models and pricing tiers may be added, modified or withdrawn as the product develops.

15. Free and paid access

Some parts of DateMyAge are free. Advanced features may require a purchase or subscription, described clearly before you confirm payment.

16. Billing

Prices are shown in the stated currency and may exclude local taxes. You authorise us and our payment partners to charge your selected method.

17. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the current price until cancelled through your account settings.

18. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

19. Refunds

Digital items and consumed credits are generally non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer law in your country states otherwise.

20. Chargebacks

Disputing a legitimate charge without contacting us first may result in suspension of your DateMyAge account.

21. Your content

You keep ownership of what you write. You grant DateMyAge a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate the service for you.

22. Our content

The DateMyAge name, design, imagery, character profiles and code are protected. You may not copy or redistribute them without written permission.

23. Generated output

Companion replies and generated imagery are produced automatically and may be inaccurate or repetitive. Use your own judgement before relying on anything.

24. Feedback

If you send suggestions we may use them freely to improve DateMyAge without any obligation, payment or attribution to you.

25. Third-party services

Payments, hosting and analytics rely on external providers, each governed by its own terms. We are not liable for their independent acts.

26. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, harm other members, or expose DateMyAge to legal or security risk.

27. Closing your account

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Deletion removes your chats subject to the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.

28. Disclaimer of warranties

DateMyAge is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

29. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to DateMyAge in the three months before the claim arose.

30. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify DateMyAge against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.

31. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, and disputes are handled by the competent courts there, without limiting mandatory local consumer rights.

32. Changes and contact
